Our organization rolled up its sleeves to assemble an impressive 60 kits, not just as a collection of items, but as a heartfelt effort to provide crucial support to those facing challenging circumstances.

Wood’s Homes, a respected mental health centre, has been our collaborative partner in this endeavor. Their diverse programs cater to the mental health needs of children, young people, and families, embodying a commitment to preserving family unity. Wood’s Homes has been operating for 110 years and offers over 40 programs – from counseling services, emergency shelter and warming centre services, to meal provisions and connecting individuals with therapists and employment services.

It’s worth noting that the of Wood’s Homes extends beyond the confines of Calgary, reaching regions like Lethbridge, Strathmore, and Fort McMurray. This geographical inclusivity ensures accessibility to their services for individuals and families in both urban and rural settings.
