The Challenge:
In order to load and offload crude oil from the truck, the customer needed to install two expensive, single direction regulators to create a bi-directional flow, using two control points. This required more tubing, costs, maintenance, and labour.
Sur-Flo's Solution:
Removing unnecessary tubing and both regulators to install a single Sur-Flo Control Valve which can bi-directionally control the loading and offloading of the oil at one set point. Horizon uses instrument air to control the set pressure of the valve. This solution provides a cost effective, easily maintained, and reliable set up.
